Project Terms:

Standard turnaround time is 2 weeks from design approval. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional fee. Final pricing, timeline, and project specifications will be provided in my custom quote. All custom pieces are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

Copyright & Intellectual Property:

I confirm that any logos, designs, or images I submit do not violate any copyright or trademark laws, and I have the right to use them for this project.

Material Characteristics:

I understand that wood is a natural material and slight variations in grain, color, and texture are expected and add to the unique character of each piece.

Pickup & Delivery:

I understand that pickup arrangements or shipping costs will be discussed and finalized after quote approval.

Design Modifications:

I understand that significant design changes after production has begun may result in additional fees and extended timelines.

Photography & Portfolio Use:

I grant Olive & Stone permission to photograph my completed project for portfolio, website, and social media use unless I specifically request otherwise.

Privacy:

My contact information will be used for this project inquiry and may occasionally be used by Olive & Stone to send updates, promotions, or information about future products and services. I can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. My information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
